A fabulous little movie that you might find hard to find, but it's worth it. It's in Spanish, and subtitled, but again, worth it.
It's hard to review without giving away some of the plot, and the plot sounds dire, a bunch of misfits trying to transport a beloved aunt's body across the country to Havana for a funeral. It's so much more than that though, an exploration of love, god, politics, all wrapped up in black humour and topped off with a comedy of errors.
Well, that sounds trite, but if you liked movies like "Pieces of April", "Real Women have Curves" or would have liked "My big fat greek wedding" if only it were smarter, this is something you really need to look out for.
